Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

What is your reschedule policy?

If you need to reschedule, please email us at studioreg@wella.com.

You will receive a credit to reschedule, which must be used within 30 days. One reschedule is allowed per calendar year.

If you do not show up to your scheduled seminar without contacting us first, you will not receive a refund nor be able to reschedule. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to scheduled seminar date and is entitled to a refund by emailing us at studioreg@wella.com.

If a cancellation is made after the 30 days, you will receive a credit to reschedule, which must be used within 30 days. One reschedule is allowed per calendar year.

If you do not show up to your scheduled seminar without contacting us first, you will not receive a refund nor be able to reschedule.

Occasionally, course content will change as a result of new information and product development. Studios reserve the right to update their courses and guest stylists without notice.

This is not applicable to Payment Installment Plans.

What tools do I need for my seminar?

Required tools will vary from seminar to seminar. If you’re registered for a class, please read through the confirmation letter emailed to you at the time of registration, there will be a tool list for your specific seminar for your reference. If you cannot find this tool list, please email us: studioreg@wella.com

In most cases, Wella Studio provides the bulk of the tools and products you need for a successful seminar. If you have further questions about the tools you need for a class, feel free to contact us.

Where can I purchase tools for my seminar?

A variety of tools to prepare you for both our in-person and virtual seminars can be found at www.WellaStudioMall.com.

Can I book a seminar for my entire salon?

We accept major credit cards, Wella Rewards points and ZIP payment installments.
