Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled seminar date. If a cancellation is made after the 30 days, you will receive a credit to reschedule, which must be used within 30 days. One reschedule is allowed per calendar year. Cash refunds are not provided. Occasionally, course content will change as a result of new information and product development. Studios reserve the right to update their courses and guest stylists without notice.
