A big part of mastery is mastering the key fundamentals of color application standards – we call it The Wella Way – and these require consistent practice.  This 3 hour seminar provides a review of the standards and most importantly, a reminder of how each aspect affects your color results.  If you are getting ready to start Master Color Expert or you’re between Phase 1 & Phase 2, this seminar will get you ready.  If you’ve completed MCE and it’s been a while, this seminar will give you a great refresh.
This seminar is available for Stylists who have completed Studio Pre-requisite seminars for the MCE program.
