The team will learn how to build their own skills and the skills of their peers through formulation, techniques, product selection and placement, allowing them to optimize timing behind the chair. Through upselling premium techniques and add on services, the team will discover new ways to customize their work, adding value for their clients. They will apply everything they have learned from our new trend inspiration to take their in-salon services to the next level in a dynamic hands on workshop.
